Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were huge, ornate, and filled with antique furniture and rugs that rival the interiors of the palaces we toured. They were cleaned with fresh towels every day and I slept extremely well on beautiful bed linen with amazing Moroccan ceilings. It was a very comfortable, clean, and beautiful experience.
Staying at this hotel felt like being in the luxurious guest suite of a stylish friend. The rooms were beautifully different, spacious, and well-decorated, creating an understated sense of luxury. The service was incredibly heartwarming and attentive, making my solo trip even more special. The central location in the vibrant Medina made exploring the main tourist attractions and dining spots a breeze. The substantial breakfast offered on the terrace was delightful, although I recommend enjoying it indoors to avoid the bees. The facilities were top-notch, providing a clean and comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms are lovely, clean, and comfortable, furnished in the Moroccan style to a good standard. The service was amazing, with accommodating staff and delicious meals provided. The location is excellent, close to the main square, yet quiet, with decent dining options nearby. The dining experience was really good, offering a variety of freshly made delights. A great stay overall with some minor room size variations and a slightly dark night atmosphere.
The hotel is nestled in the heart of the Medina, a perfect location for exploring the vibrant streets and just a short walk from the main square. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the separate lock and door setup might not be ideal for families with young children. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The dining experience is lovely, though dining outside may attract some bees. Overall, a tranquil stay with a few minor quirks.
Staying at this hotel was like being a guest in a wealthy and stylish friend's guest suite - understated luxury at its finest. The rooms are simply gorgeous but may come with some price tag considerations. The service here made us feel like we were among friends, with their genuine and helpful approach. The location is superb - right in the heart of the Medina, making it a breeze to explore the city. Dining was a royal treat every morning, though bees might have a sweet tooth. Overall, a beautiful, characterful, and charming stay with some considerations on pricing.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, spotlessly clean with fresh towels daily, although they tended to be very cold. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Lahsen, who was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, right within the Medina and a short walk to Djemaa El-Fna square, offering both convenience and tranquility. The dining experience was delightful, with a taste of Morocco in every bite. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Marrakech!
